I made a deposit and now my funds are stuck of this platform because the app will not send phone verification I contacted support only for them to tell me to send Picture ID `` even tho my account is verified and the app requires biometric fingerprints`` and write out a paper with the date and phone number and send a picture of it so I do and they write back saying so write more stuff long story short they got me"
