"La peor aplicacion de delivery en el Peru, me cancelaron 3 pedidos de bembos, de los cuales 2 fueron seguidos, ya pasaron mas de 30 dias y aun no recibo el reembolso en mi cuenta, el pago fue realizado con tarjeta de debito y segun ellos el plazo maximo es de 30 dias. Adicional a eso, no tienen libro de reclamaciones para los pedidos realizados en bembos y cuando quieres usar el libro de reclamaciones sale error. Definitivamente unos ladrones y mentirosos. Actualizacion: ya pasaron 60 dias"

"DiDi food Colombia son unos irresponsables, no solo dejaron de entregar el domicilio, tampoco se hace cargo de devolver el dinero, la politica dice que 30 dias después es que hacen la devolución. El número para llamar desde la app esta errado y además los operadores cada vez que te atienden te cuentan una historia diferente del reembolso. A mi me quitaron COP$70000 equivalente a usd$16 diciendo que el banco no hizo el reembolso. Me canse de llamar, ya van casi 3 meses y aún no veo mi dinero."
