I have personal and joint account yeah it`s good that I can see them both but it doesn`t give me the option to pay the loan on my husband account , Also the balances and credit etc. are all mixed up. There`s no separation. It was working great before why they have to change it ! I`m so disappointed and makes me feel sick using the app."

"So far, I like the new look. It`s easy to switch from accounts with a swipe. My only issue with it now is when I attempt to activate quick balance it gives me directions to add a widget which I don`t want. I want to able to view my balances without logging in each time."

"The old app was a bit clunky, but still pretty easy to navigate and had more options for payments. Definitely preferred vs the new app which DOES NOT ALLOW LOAN PAYMENTS TO BE MADE VIA DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS??! That is the primary payment method I use, as it processes immediately instead of DAYS later like the external accounts payments do. PLEASE INTEGRATE THE DEBIT/CREDIT CARD PAYMENT OPTION INTO THE NEW APP! This will be very frustrating moving forward if not amended. :/"

"Why has the ledger/ transaction record been changed so each transaction takes up half the screen? One transaction should be no more the 2 lines, ever! Its very difficult to scan transactions now. Otherwise its fine. The new layout mostly works on the app. One the website it doesn`t work. Its disgusting. They should not have tried to make them look/work the same. One last thing. MFA with a text message isn`t working. I had to resort to email."

• Report your credit or debit card lost or stolen. (This will cancel your card and issue a new one, so if it’s only misplaced, freeze it instead.)
• Gain control over your spending with debit and credit card alerts and controls. Block online transactions or set alerts for purchases above certain amounts.
• Add upcoming travel notes to ensure access when you’re out of town.
• Adjust ATM and debit card purchase limits to meet your needs.
• Set your PIN on all your cards. Update your PIN on existing cards or set the PIN on your new card.
• Activate new credit and debit cards
