"The game is good, but the developers are a big problem. They regularly lie by putting out notices then failing to do what they promised. Examples include promising 12 player packs but only providing 1, and promising daily rewards but then only providing it once. Support is awful. It takes 3 days at least just to get a nothing reply. If you play this, make sure to have very low expectations of the devs and support."
