"I love this game! I love the characters and their personalities, the storyline, and just everything about the game! But I do agree with what everyone else is saying, the only thing is that the customer happiness upgrade really doesn`t make a difference. But I like everything else about the game. I even like that there are humorous parts of the game too and about died laughing when I saw the two goofy looking bears running around in front of the competitor`s restaurant around the 2nd chapter."
