"Does not connect to HP-866B. I suspect this was developed for a different model that is equipped with Bluetooth. The HP-866B does not seem to support Bluetooth - like many Chinese products, the sparse documentation associated with that model shows no indication that Bluetooth is supported."

Even connect to device, NOTHING! I Still say, ABSOLUTE JUNK!! THE WORST BUY I Ever did on Amazon! Not worth $.005 even if S & H is FREE! No serious instructions? Resets to default C & K .. no matter HOW MANY TIMES I RESET IT!"

"The app basically clones the controls on the physical anemometer, which is useful. It also records data in real-time (actually there is a second or two latency/delay for the app to present the data as shown on the actual anemometer screen). Data sampling seems to be one sample per second. There`s theoretically an option to change this but of selected the app crashes. Same for the other two options at the bottom of the screen. That`s disappointing/annoying"

"The app shops functioning after a short while. If you close and reopen the app it does not communicate via Bluetooth to the device. You have to manually switch Bluetooth off on the phone, then reopen the app and enable Bluetooth through the app for it to work again . Tried to raise bug with developer but email bounced back!"
