"I had requested a general plumbing task (order # 121057). The plumber was very unprofessional and had no plan for the work. The overall quality of the job is very very very unprofessional. He broke the pipe, damaged my drywall and soaked my garage badly. It was my first time with diem and after all the damages that has been done I will not suggest anyone to use this app. I totally lost my confidence on their selection of contractor."

There were 2 times where I didn`t get service, but I was refunded right away, and got the money back within 2 days in my account.The times I got service, (which is 7 times), the service was good nearly each time--the one time I was not satisfied, I contacted customer service, and they gave me a discount in a couple of days."

Got painters to paint my condo through the Diem app. Horrendous job. Sent pictures to the support team for a job that costed me $650 plus $450 in paint. They replied a month later with ``we will send you $30 to make it better``. Which is offensive. I didn`t take the money and I don`t want anyone to make my mistake. Don`t use Diem."
