"I have activated Travel S package yesterday in Vienna, now I`m in Prague and my internet doesn`t work even though I have more than 2GB internet for EU use. I can use it only for calls. I tried connecting to O2 and Vodafone CZ both, and regardless of the local operator I choose, it does not work for internet at all. Ease assist ASAP. Thank you."

"If you`re a tourist then don`t bother with this SIM. Poor website design means that automatic Google translate doesn`t work, so now I`m locked out for an hour because I mistranslated the instructions. Can only assume that if they can`t get basic website metadata done right, they probably skim in other technical areas."
