"Today I had my card cancelled whilst overseas on holidays. Not the first time it`s happened. Actually 4 times in 5 years. I advised hsbc I`m on holidays. Told them over the phone and on secure messaging. Today received an email to say my card has been cancelled due to expected fraud. It was me trying to access my funds at an atm. No contact on my email to ask if it was me or not. Just cancel. Won`t receive a card for at least 10 days. Possibly longer. Unbelievable. How do I pay for food"

Needed to manually re-enable it. 2) Really need to get payid working to make this a viable first choice app 3) App is slow in general. 4) More actions should be implemented through the app instead of calling up HSBC ###### My point of comparison is the commbank app which is very good, even though the bank sucks. HSBC app is used as a secondary due to the shortcomings."
