"Does one thing well! I use this with a clip-on microphone (guitar tuning mic thing) to monitor the health of high-speed motors. The waterfall and the FFT are really handy for spotting harmonics that shouldn`t be present in my pumps so I can take care of maintenance long before anything breaks. Also great for looking at bird calls to help identify them by sight...if you know what the spectrogram of the call looks like...but you can learn that while playing with this app!"

"I`ve tried lots of these kinds of apps and this is the one I like the best due to its ease of use; most useful features directly accessible, not overly complicated and well designed display. The only feature I`d like is the ability to calibrate the audio scale to other units. Currently it only represents the audio level as a negative -dB. A calibration feature would allow the scale to show a positive dB scale of the loudness of the frequencies at the location of the phone."

"Installed this for tuning my Subwoofer volume. Worked well. And good for generally understanding and analyzing the spectrum of your audio setup and different songs"

"The app is really fun but I`m giving it three stars because I`m disappointed about not being able to record sound when I use my screen recorder. The app will not allow screen recorders to record the audio along with the visual."

"Overall a great quick simple app for analyzing audio. Should get more attention. I love how it handles the frequency peaks and it does it way better than Spectroid."

"Great analyzer app, but I wish that it could read the ``fingerprints`` of my music files, like another spectrogram app that I also have ( Aspect)......that would be an awesome feature."

"Great app. Some bits could do with a bit of work. You should add instructions or a tutorial for new users to get to know the interface. Also the word wrapping in some of the settings has failed resulting in broken words. Plus pulling up the bottom panel causes a lot of lag. Maybe make it so you tap on the two lines and it automatically extends to the middle of the screen. As I say, it`s a great app."

"Great. Not the best. The best would be a combination of ``Advanced Spectrum
Analyzer PRO`` and ``Audio Spectrum Analyzer``. Last one is hard to find. It`s
the one with the green Android icon."

"I like it but it would be extremely helpful if you could run analysis on both the audio file going to the speakers and what the microphone is picking up at the same time. On the computer you can switch back and forth but on andriod it can only seem to do microphone."
