"Incredibly disappointing service and customer service. It did not work for me, so I had to go to Staples. I even had proof from the logs that my faxes were not delivered. I asked for a refund, was promised, then got ghosted. Had to follow up with Google and eventually, they hid behind policy. Ultimately, disputed the charge with Amex and they made things right. Very disappointed with this vendor and especially Google customer service. Google can learn something from Amex."
