It is incredibly distressing that user reviews have been recording problems with sign up and log up for over 6 months. The company responds weakly and have not fixed the problem."

I wrote to the Help Desk and requested to escalate this malpractice to the management, and this was their reply ``included in our terms of service`` - I requested for a rollover of removal of paid sessions to the next month, and BetterUp did NOTHING to rectify the situation. BetterUp do not have consumers/customers at their hearts."
