Customer support lies to you about refunds & the coach matching system does not work so you need to write down a potential match, ask support to rematch you, and repeat until you get your own manual list. Overall, this is a very deceptive organization ranging from the advertising as coaching based on science to the false promises and inconsistent lies that their support team will tell you. They scammed me out of $500"
