"If I could give 0 stars I would. Just tried to get the Nike x Sacai LD Waffle that was supposed to drop at 10am EST, went on at 10 sharp and shoes were not even a available. Were listed 2 minutes past 10, clicked on the listing and the shoes were all sold out, in every size, every colour. Impossible. Why lie to your customers? If the app has no preventative measures for bots, how do you expect me to trust you with my personal information. Uninstalling, and I highly suggest everyone do the same."

"Can be a decent place to find some good deals on shoes depending on what you like. Grabbed a nice pair of Adidas basketball sneakers for $93 down from $310, they got shipped to me without any issues. Fashion is mainly too expensive to be worth paying for. The Sacai x Nike LD Waffle drop was absolutely horrendous though, within 2 minutes internet bots swept up all the stock, Haven definitely has a lot of work to do on fixing that issue. Not a good place to be looking in for hype sneakers."
