I needed to check a protocol on scene of a call workout cell reception and this app that I paid for wouldn`t let me view the protocols that I had already downloaded. That is a potentially catastrophic problem for this app, and I will uninstall."

"One its slow and when you finally get to the item you need, it then opens it in a pdf viewer. I can download the protocols in pdf, bookmark what i need. Using just a pdf is faster, does not crash, always reliable and FREE... The app crashes with every touch and screen change, there are constant pop-ups asking you to report the problem. Dont report the issue, just trash the junk app and use a pdf viewer............."

My agency has had to pull their protocols from being listed in the app due to a price hike of almost 300%.
