"The app is poorly designed. When you arrive at a charging station you cannot just tap your phone, you need to find the station you are at first, before you can begin. This is a major pain. The app requires you to load funds. Why? There is no need to load funds, they can do what other charging stations do and charge my Visa. This is a cash grab because Flo is earning interest on the stored funds. I avoid using Flo charging stations!"

You then have to search for the station manually. Also, sometimes the charger shows yellow and you can`t use the app to start charging. $15 for a physical card is expensive. Chargepoint gives you a card for free and lets you use NFC to quickly start a charging session. I hope FLO copies this functionality"
