"Online bill pay is pretty much useless since change. Sending a check through bill pay is risky. I scheduled check to be sent on 29th and it still had not been received 10+ days later. Interface is trendy graphically but confusing and requires toggling multiple screen views due to lack of more usable accountant style ledger system and size of blocks for each account. Greatly inconvenient/nearly useless."

Navigation is lousy, bring the other app back but improved. Scrap this one as a loss to the developers part and to whoever approved this as a good idea. "Ever since they changed everything from the old format, it`s been nothing but issue after issue. Why change something that was never broken to begin with. I cant get my other bank accounts to sync. I get constant, ``error 403`` messages. That requires me to call in to make a payment and they want to charge a $10 fee for over the phone payments, what a scam."

All this while requiring all the information needed for a hacker to completely ruin your financial life. While entering the information to access the new app, I worried, what if this was a hacker getting my information to hack my identity? I would have given them everything they need to do so!! Had to google and come read reviews here to realize this was legit, dangerous!"
