"After top up the redemption at Ikea counter shows insufficient funds. After calling blue rewards they say they will update when it`s resolved. Customer service is not able to action this properly. If a top up is done on the app it`s like loading money and then not having to access it when purchasing is embarrassing. This type of issues should be resolved on extremely high priority and live support rather than 24-48 hour timelines."
