Helps me save my executive function reserves for other important daily tasks. The UI clean and uncluttered, but it is still a bit complicated and unintuitive when starting out, so people with higher needs would need some support to set it up, so I`ve removed 1 star for that."

If I want to read for another 5-10 minutes past my scheduled time, I don`t want a stupid notification every minute telling me that my reading time is over. No flexibilty to do routine`s tasks in random order. Extremely confusing prompts when I want to stop a task and re-start it later. I also don`t want to wait 5-10 seconds for a stupid praisal when I temporarily stop a task in the middle of the routine, I`m not done."
