"I will not give them 1 star they take whatever type of fees they want to out of your account without notifying you. in november and december they took out like $250 in a ``conversion fee and a enhanced security fee along with all of the usual fees. I would highly NOT recommend ANYONE installing this app.I am reporting them to the better business bureau. apparently you have to select a star before you can submit."

"CROOKS! They claimed they never recieved an authorization letter to pay for additional card readers, so I sent another form, but then they found both letters and charged twice for them. They won`t return calls, when you tell them there`s a problem they put you through to customer service, which they never answer. We were never able to use them because we`ve had issues from the very beginning."

"Customer service people are so rude. Dont sign up for this. I`m a verified buisness owner and my account was put on hold because a stupid investigation they were making. I got paid $1475 for a job and now I dont have access to that money because it`s a risk. Risk was me replacing the asbestos pipe in the house an rerouting a water line. I dont have the time to be dealing with this. Once I get my money I`m Canceling. Not worth the aggravation. Dont download save your self`s the un needed hassels"

"My complaint is that this credit card processing company has a few deceitful practices. First, the company charges you a 19 cent ``batch header fee`` per transaction and $1.25 per month mastercard processing fee. There is no fee to process Visa, Discover or American Express cards. Those previous fees are secretly hidden in the terms of service. The reason its deceitful is because the original sales representative told me that she waived all of it."

"One of the worst programs ever made. recently they did an update and the sale will go through and then minutes later message - device disconnected charge reversed and you lose whatever you just ran. Just got off the phone with customer service holding for 15 minutes and no one answers. If you can`t get ahold of anyone is pretty difficult to get anything fixed."
