"Not happy at all. never missed a payment ever and my payment didn`t go threw on the app for some reason, no email saying late and when I found out I asked to have late fee removed since I never had one before and they wouldn`t remove it!! every other card I have would remove a fee if I asked because I`ve never had a late fee before. They do not care about their customers. Very disappointed and unsatisfied with this Co."

Im now being told that I can`t use the credit card, even tho there`s a balance available, because I didn`t pay $50.. after I made a payment of over $200.
