"Out of hundreds of apps on my phone, DDG reports that Axios consistently makes the most personal tracking attempts, around 1000 per week even though I rarely use it these days. What am I to make of this?"

"I can see why you might WANT me to log in but (assuming I don`t give a damn about my ``feed being curated`` and just want to read the news) why do I HAVE to login? Dealbreaker, uninstalled"

"The app is clean & easy to navigate. One desired feature? You can select ``channels,`` newsletters of interest, but they appear alphabetically. I`d appreciate the ability to sort the channels by desire so that the most important channels to me appear at that top of the Fed rather than having to scroll down to find those that begin with S, for example, near the bottom."

"It`s feeling like it`s leaning harder and harder to the left all the time. I used to love how it felt like it was a ``just facts`` news app, but now it feels very much like every other major outlet. Kind of losing what made it stand out."

"Axios used to have really great, terse news early on. Soon after, and it seems increasingly so after looking at all the current news in their app, they started reporting heavily only on liberal matters. I could overlook it at first, because they still produced good articles on things that actually matter, but now it seems every article of theirs is climate this, racism that, LGBTQ, gun control, blahblah. Maybe that`s what pays now, or maybe they`ve gone down the tubes by their own choice, idk."

"Axios has states key values that define and differentiate it positively and uniquely. It`s hard to overlook some key advantages Axios continues to hone in sophistication. These are well-served in its own app. I use this means of navigating and reading Axios when possible, and recommend it."

"According to a 2020 Knight Foundation study, Axios is generally read by a moderate audience, leaning slightly toward the left. Not good reading guys, 😕 as Leftist Democrat Socialism is not on my list of good government."

"The news is good. The app is so so. Constantly get notifications that it`s draining battery when I`m not using it. Must be doing something in the background. Also it crashes quite a bit. Can`t handle certain articles"
