"It`s about time Cal Water has an app. Downloaded the app, signed-in, and paid my bill with no problems. App does not require you to re-enter payment information if you were previously paying through the website. California Water Service is a horrible company that charges exorbitant rates and if I had any choice I would not use their services. They`re the PG&E of water companies."

"This app is buggy. It would not let me sign-in to my account. Instead, I had to log-in on the web to make a payment arrangement, which I did successfully. After I was done on the CalWater site and a confirmation email was received, I re-tried the app and was able to sign-in. The app states that my account is paid in full, when I have an outstanding balance. And it offers no information whatsoever about my payment arrangement. So, what`s that again about ``enhanced support``? This app was completely useless in serving me and provided insufficient and extremely inaccurate information."
