"Too hard to share/download. I love the idea of a Cameo, and have had great success with giving them as gifts. However, when you`re surprising someone with a gift, you don`t want to send them a link to install an app to then watch a video. You want to send them the video. Cameo makes it too hard to find this option. I bought 2 cameos... 1 I could download, the 2nd one I can`t. It just says ``Downloading`` but never does. Edit: Microsoft Edge allowed me to download, Cameo app does not."

"This app isn`t so great, it constantly crashes and sometimes doesn`t open at all, it is really slow when it come to loading and when you press to go to a person, profile, inbox etc it is slow to open. Some celebs are classed as unavailable yet their available on the Web version so it strikes me as odd that the person would come across as unavailable when they are in fact available. I think maybe the app needs to be a bit more clear like ``this celeb isn`t available on the app but is on the Web``"
