"I`m using this app on Android and it is glitchy. there are some really neat features but sometimes I`ll be typing a reply and my cursor will jump down below where I was replying and have me replying in the body of the initial email. if I am on airplane mode or don`t have Internet for whatever reason I can`t write an email for it to be sent whenever I do get email. there`s some attachments that I can`t open without downloading and I don`t want to download about 90% of what I open. wish it worked"

"Perfect experience on Android. Usually developers neglect their Android apps thinking subpar app will work. I can safely say this app feels completely native to Android. Good job devs. This is truly the perfect Gmail replacement."

"Since my pixel 5 upgraded to Android 13, the app is suddenly closing after the app is open for like 2 second. So has become unusable. Kindly urgently fix as this is my primary email account. I restore 5 stars on fix. -------- I love it! HEY has saved me so much time since its inception compared to the time waste called Gmail. A big thank you too the team who reinvented email 👏."

"The best email service you could ask for. By far, worth the hundred bucks a year to not deal with the hassle traditional email entails, and the extra features to make email easy and convenient which is what is was meant for to begin with."

"Basecamp, the company responsible for Hey, has become one of the most toxic places to work thanks to their co-founder and CTO. be aware that supporting Hey, you will be supporting a toxic environment (in which a HUGE part of their employees has resigned for this reason."

"An opinionated email system - I also have opinions on it and didn`t like the filtering, UI or underlying concepts behind it. Too easy to lose emails, predicated on making fast decisions on your emails and had to refund stuff later. Pass for me."

"Missing core features any email service should have like importing old emails. Also requires a new paid account for each domain. Thr workflow is nice but can be recreated in a traditional email service that does not suffer from the limitations."

"I can`t use HEY for all my email. While an interesting take with some cool features, the annual cost doesn`t offset the productivity gains. The biggest issue for me is that the contact focused approach fails for reflector email lists and becomes pretty tedious to maintain with the Screener. I also find the amount of vertical scrolling to be tedious in the Feed, as I want to delete emails that I don`t need any longer. I went through a busy period and lost track of some messages. The search functionality needs work to find text in the subject or body of messages. PIxel blocking is interesting, and got me off some lists - but that`s not good for aggressive list maintainers: ``Hey, where`s that newsletter...`` The other features I didn`t have much use for. The annual service charge is expensive compared to other mail services. But it does have a very short domain name. And it might work for you; it just won`t work for me at this time of writing."
