They have zero ability, or desire (not sure which) to change anything in their own system. You are unable to transfer sneakers that are not 100% hp, you are required to purchase gems to restore the hp. If you cannot update email you can`t purchase, which amounts to theft of customer funds. Simply a disgrace."
