SUPPORT EXCEL GUEST LIST IMPORT
Use thebigday excel guest list template to organise, categorise and segment event guest information and revert back to us at least 7 days before event. We will help to import all guest info to your event account without hassle.
You can include guest profile for example company, department and position to help you better understand your guests. There are guest contact info like office no., mobile no., and email in your guest list.

GUEST QR CODE EMAIL BLASTING
By providing all guest email address, we will help to blast all guest QR code email to all event guest with thebigday email template. Since all guest QR code are unique and represent each guest, we will suggest you to send the guest QR code to your wedding guest 3-7 days before event.

Please don’t worry about last minute changes, system will auto update guest info even you make changes after guest QR code was sent.

SIMPLE & FAST QR CODE CHECK IN
In terms of improving your event guest experience for fast check in, use the built-in QR reader on thebigday Event Management app to scan check in guest QR code in seconds.

Besides email blasting, you can generate and send unique guest QR code to guest in app via your social media. Event guest just simply present their guest QR code as an invitation for helpers to scan QR code check in with thebigday event guest management.

Worry about elderly guest who are not familiar with scan QR code? Our smart keyword & pinyin guest name search can help! Just search with guest name keyword like search function in your mobile contact list.

SMART KEYWORD & PINYIN SEARCH
Not using QR? Or your guest forgot to bring the confirmation? No problem, our smart guest name keywords search and Chinese name pinyin search can help faster guest check in. For example: enter “Geo” to look for guest name “George Wong” and “Jenn” to look for guest name “Jennifer Tan”.
