"So far, this app is frustrating. It`s conveniently tied to my housing`s payment portal, but even though I have automatic payments confirmed to start today, they still were never initiated by Bilt. I tried manually initiating 5 times with an error occurring. After searching for a FAQ and resetting it a few times, it finally let me submit my payment. This is my first month using it, so I`m still wary if the auto payments will go through in the future. I`m very forgetful, so here`s hoping."

"DON`T USE IF PAYING RENT BY CHECK I used my card for the first time, they only send via regular mail. The check never arrived. There is no live support. You only get auto responses. They offered to void the check and let me keep the points, doesn`t help much for the $200 in late fees I had to pay plus the transfer fees and the processing fees to make payment another way. Very poor support. No option to send checks using a tracked mail option. I would gladly pay for that rather then have late fee"
