"Bitrix24 it`s a very good platform, we use it mainly for project management and work chat But the app is very bad, very slow, why your chat doesn`t work just like Whatsapp or messenger, it takes a lot for loading, you think that it is already loaded and you start typing and when it actually finishes loading, you lose the 4 or 6 characters that you started typing, that is pretty annoying Looking for task in the app us extremely slow also, please do something, at least with the chat"

Didn`t solved technical glitches since May 2020 till Dec 2020 3) Show some discounts and then ask to pay more. Update. I had reported more than 5-6 times for issues. Never provide a sensible/working solution. Their support team is dumbest of any business tool we use for our company."
