"Issue with installation... Just installed the app after seeing an ad on YouTube and seeing that the app has great reviews. After installing the app and going through the account registration, at the end there is a mandatory 1min short video you must watch in order to finalize registration. No matter what I tried I couldn`t get the video to load. It just showed black screen after hitting play. If you run into this issue just force close the app and log back in and it will bypass the video.."

You don`t know if your techs are on Bluon and you can`t control if they can order. Heck guys that don`t even work for you can sign up and order parts on your dime... very useful as a app, but security is non existent. I was asked who my local vendors were, but didn`t have to give my account number or any logins.."
