"Absolute best personal trainer/workout app available for free on any service. It does all the planning for you, but is so flexible that you can also plan your own workout for a day and the app will take that into account. I increased my flexibility and strength so much in just a few weeks. It takes a few days and some input to really calibrate to your level, but it does so very well and very quickly. The constant calibration also motivates me to really try to do more in order to give an accurate read of my progression. Note for new users: sign up for a regular account to use the website app in addition to the app for the best calibration settings; the chrome app allows for subgoals, excluded exercises, and settings to be gentle on any injured joints. This is really the best system for anyone who needs a little help either with planning your first workout or with figuring out how to flexibly increase the intensity of your workout to keep in interesting each time you go to the gym. In addition to a great app, Eddie and Sergio are really responsive to feedback and clearly care about making this a great app for everyone who uses it."

"This used to be an amazing app. There were improvements showing up often. Now I find several glitches. I took out a couple of days out of my routine and they get a running -1 minutes and the app crashes or can`t save if I decide to workout. Start timers 3 or 5 seconds from when you press start, allowing you to pick up a weight or prepare for a lift. Same thing when switching sides, a little time between for setup is necessary. Either work on the app or tell us you are discontinuing it."

"I actually really appreciate this app; However, I am genuinely sickened every time the female model is shown. She looks emaciated and sickly, and is definitely severely underweight for her height, and I really dislike any app or commercial that shows emaciated women as models, and tells a woman she cannot have any reasonable amount of body weight. The male models are in briefs, and reasonably sized. Overall, the app works well, and gives a short video to teach workouts, which I appreciate."

"BodBot had been the best training app I`ve found, freeletics is close, but more expensive. The exercise sets are always changed up to focus different body areas, and there is a wide variety of exercises. I like being able to choose which equipment is available, or say I can only exercise at home when I`m on vacation. While I find Myfitnesspal better at tracking food, BodBot is the best personal trainer. The recent update fixes all the bugs that were plaguing the app. Great support."

"I invested in this back when it was being crowdfunded and I still try the app once every six months or so. Tried it again today, still doesn`t work. I tried to update my equipment and it just stayed on ``home or gym.`` When I tried to click back, it just froze. The app is laggy and basic functions still rarely work. I love the idea and the website is great, but I take my phone with me when I workout, not my laptop. The app needs to be a major priority."

"If I can save you some time, this is the app you`re looking for. I`ve spent so many hours trying different programs, frustrated from how one works well on my phone but not my computer, and vice-versa. I`m now using the free version of BodBot and enjoying it immensely. I like how there are videos for almost all the exercises to show me how to do something, and how the program adapts to me and my progress (or those times I end up missing a workout). If I could ask for one tweak, it would be for me to see all the exercises in a master data file so I can look at even the ones I`m not scheduled to do and discern if I want to add it to a workout. I`m not going to complain, though - since using this I`ve felt stronger and more well-rounded in how I`m working out. Thanks so much for creating this!"

"The app is good but it still need improvements. 2 of them for my opinion is very critical: 1)add bip or other sound for each starting, sets and resting time - not always we looking on the tablet. 2)add option to run all set without pushing start button after each set. Also just for countries where Sunday is first day of a week, add this option in calendar in web site. At the end I changed from 4 to 5, but please think about my suggestions."

"The tests are excellent, the workouts are good and this is an innovative app with great design. My usually achy shoulders have been feeling great and my mobility is definitely improving. However, while the tests kind of address strength balance issues the work outs do not seem to and the app often displays the wrong tutorial clip of the exercise on my phone."

"App has great potential, love the customization possible. But some exercises have missing or incorrect videos, and the length of workout seems random and not matched to the schedule I`ve set. One day my 45 minute workout contained a list of exercises and a single one was slotted for 40 minutes, so overall was way longer than 45. Now I`ve had 2 days in a row where the plan was far too short, like by half. If it estimated better it would make a huge difference."
