So it wasn`t my phone, it`s the app. I went into the app to read other reviews and saw that my app needed an update. So I updated it and that solved the mobile deposit issue but not the ability to back out of the app, even after I have logged out. The app, itself, won`t close out. Updates STILL haven`t fixed problems."

"Terrible app, accepts deposits that are then rejected by bank via snail mail letter 5 days later. Unreliable App locks up. Time waster for small business. Unfortunate bank allows limited scanners via website, so forced to use buggy App. Terrible implementation for critical business core function. Would give a zero for useful reliability. Phone isn`t appropriate place for business banking & accounting. 2/8 Still takes multiple trys to deposit a check. Zero Stars for this app."

They`ve been warning us for over a month this roll out was coming. ``Access will be offline for a few days, be prepared``- litterally a big red banner on the log in page everytime I logged in. Just tried logging in, requested a PW reset and it worked. A non event if you were paying even the slightest attention."
