"Absolutely useless app. Like many others I have the exact same problems. Won`t connect. Stuttering when more than one connection. Lagging. And absolutely no features worth using. Only treble and bass adjustmens? Come on! Why integrate music services? Makes no sense. I`m using PX7 S2 on a Pixel 6a. So very dissatisfied and disappointed. Sounds great though."

"Terrible. Absolutely terrible. I don`t even know how you can make an app so bad. My PI7 S2 are simply not detected by this app. I have tried across 5 phones and the app just does not detect the earphones. Given that earphone functionality is only available in the app this effectively means these brand new ``improved`` headphones are dysfunctional. Avoid, in fact, avoid bowers and Wilkins in general. I have 4 Bowers and Wilkins products, buy some headphones which have been tested properly."

"1.2.2: Tidal + Bluetooth + PC / Android is, to put it mildly, a disappointing experience. Do not buy a Zeppelin if you plan using it with anything besides Spotify Connect 1.2.3: All of a sudden I cannot play music on the Zeppelin via Wifi. Neither from my Pixel 4 on Android 12 nor my Samsung on Android. Have tried a factory reset. Zeppelin + software is a terrible, terrible experience"

"This app is a dumpster fire. - Setup was painful. It does not play nicely with 1Password to help me create an account. Plus, why do I have to create an account to listen to music?Okay, i could use BT but that`s not what I bought it for. - i can`t rename my Zeppelin. Seems like it would be simple enough so why not let me? - The update firmware feature did not work until i forced the app to close and restarted it. - and not directly related to the app but more the Zeppelin itself, it only works on 2.4 GHz WiFi, not 5GHz. this is 2022!!! - I can`t stream directly from the Tidal app since the Zeppelin does not appear in the list of devices. In the B&W app, there`s no indication of the streaming quality; is it HiFi or Master or what? - The B&W website claims that this speaker is ``smart`` but it only supports Alexa, not Google Assistant nor Siri and i can`t add it to my Google Home. That`s NOT smart. - i have many B&W products (Zeppelin 1st Gen, P7, C5, CDM7) but if this is the direction that they have chosen to go, then it may very well be my last. I cannot recommend any products that rely on this app to function. [edit to reply to publisher`s response] ``An account is required to manage music from different playback software & preferences in one place.`` obviously i have the requisite accounts. i still can`t control playback through the Tidal app. ``2.4GHz is used for signal length, as speed would not be relevant.`` Signal ``length?`` the problem is that the 2.4GHz band is extremely crowded if you live in an apartment building. This causes problems with playback since everyone is sharing its limited bandwidth. Obviously i`m not the only one unhappy with this app. It has a rating of 1.3 at the time of this writing. that`s one of the lowest ratings i have ever seen for an app."
