Yesterday, I opened the app, and the layout was changed, plus my rewards increased from $6 to $40. I attempted to cash out, but it required me to verify my ID again. Now I can`t cashout, and the site I was directed to has no record of an account with my email. I can`t find out how to contact them directly."

"It took a while to get ahold of customer service BUT it`s a newer app, they are working on fixing glitches, hundreds of customers to help a day and sometimes its not on them its on the retailer. My problem was my phone was stolen so I had to delete my paypal and venmo and make new ones. I couldn`t cash out because I couldn`t figure out how to change it and it was simple. The paypal I just had to go to setting, personal tab, change contact email and it auto changed my paypal so I can cash out!!"

"This app man. It sucks. I got items at Walmart on 9/18 and I had been waiting for it to be confirmed by retailer since that time. Now it doesn`t even show up anymore on my activity.
