"Extra info : Ok apperently the manul was not very clear. Now it can find the folder CSV and it contents. The manual did not state clearly that the folder should be in the root of the storage. Now it is working fine . {To bad it does not support excel files 😊 } I use this prigram because the brother software for apple does not support excel, csv transfer { windows version does support it } This last comment is as informatiin for all who tried to work with the database option ( e550 ) ."
