Far better than trying to use a standard metric conversion calculator and do conversion and manual math. This app understands the units you are putting in and doesn`t care what unit you put in and what unit you want to work in next, it just understands all the units and just simply works. Then it lets you see results in whatever unit you like, and if your buddy says, ``now whats that in metric`` just pressing the unit buttons and you can see the results in any unit it supports - and then keep doing the math on that! There is nothing like doing your calculations in feet and inches then having someone come along and say, ``now add another 1.25m to that`` - without this tool that would be a little time consuming and also error prone. It also handles unit over flows like 3` 14``-5/4. Sometimes you get adding numbers in your head and it works out this is just what you want to enter as your measurement and it just works. This is just designed to work will all these units and do it well. The other calculators in this market class are clumsy and incomplete. This is what you want."
