I had two therapists. The first one would not answer me for DAYS until I complained to customer service, eventually they just reassigned me so I would stop complaining. You think you will chat with a therapist throughout the day but in reality you are lucky to get a message a day. They guerentee 1 message a day, but this is not something that is kept.
