"The worst app I have encountered, especially for a critical service like accessing medical insurance. The registration itself is not working (Just a web view. Even that couldn`t work). Seems like Cigna`s tech and develoeprs are stuck in 2008 and decades behind. I`m reconsidering the insurance provider just due to the poor digital infrastructure in place which has caused me difficulties in availing their facilities."

"It`s very funny that everytime someone writes a review how terrible the app is, Cigna reps ask to send an email. Wake up guys, you must make a modern app from the ground up. Get real development company who knows about UX/UI, native and responsive applications. It doesn`t help to waste your money on hiring people who keep defending the app. Better to hire a knowledgeable application development provider!!! Extremely slow and very difficult to use. Can`t find providers whatever search I try!"
