"I only suggest Cincinnati Enquirer Subscription to my worst enemies. The app itself doesn`t resemble a paper at all. It`s also very slow I was a new subscriber, and I have yet to see a paper. I called everyday; and everyday an out-sourced rep give the same disingenuous and vague excuses. I only knew my paper wasn`t coming when it`s the end of the day, I call, and they say, ``no more carriers are delivering today, sorry.`` No on reached out. I feel so disrespected and unheard. I want out."
