"I cant believe that United Health Care didn`t provide any information on the physician that you text with. No contact information at all. He prescribed a medication not covered and I cant call him to have it changed. Then I called UHC, and was told to give my phone to the pharmacist, so she could talk to them really? I`m sick, and I`m just going to hand my phone to the pharmacist? I ended up in emergency to get medical attention needed. Seemed like a good idea to have text MD, til you see it."
