The smart routines, as so many people have said, do not work for Android. That 3rd power press turns the unit off instead of going to smart mode. What`s the use of even buying a Mia Smart? "worked great until 2 updates ago. I`ve written customer service twice.... no response. Went on ``Live Chat``.. no one ever responded. I can not program my clarisonic. It connects and says it has programmed but i can not get the blue smart light to light up and use the routine I want. 4.8 I wrote the email you told me to and still have no heard from them. The problem is NOT fixed. And I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Worse customer service I`ve ever experienced. worthless product without app."

"All my routines are gone! Everything was working beautifully before this latest update. I haven`t used my Clarisonic in over a week, since the app updated. I go to use my Mia Smart Clarisonic to do my evening cleanse, and all my routines have disappeared! 😕 And SEVERAL attempts to add new routines have failed. It says they are synced to my device, but there are none. So I am completely unable to use the ``Smart`` setting at all! INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING, NOT TO MENTION DISAPPOINTING!!! 😡😡"

"Not Very ``Smart.`` Just paid the $200. Ignored the negative reviews and thought well, maybe not me. I was wrong. After 3 attempts to sync with my phone it finally connected (logging all three attempts as an actual use). After quick survey ``custom routine`` was setup. Popup states to press the power button until the device moves to the newly created routine. It will not do so. Only options are the two built in ones. I have paid for a Mia Smart that isn`t."

"Disappointed. It`s really a shame spending so much money for the mia smart ,the brush heads etc & then can`t even use the app for it. I have contacted customer service multiple times & still can`t use the app. I have spent more time trying to fix the problem than I`ve actually been able to use this. "The last update ruined this app. I can no longer sync routines or add brush heads. It was working fine until fairly recently, but unfortunately its now competely useless. Please fix it soon! 4/1/19 Update- It will sync the date and time now, but still cannot add a smart routine. It goes through the motions and says the routine has been added, but doesnt actually add on the device. i have uninstalled, reinstalled and re synced the app and Mia device numerous times now, and it still doesn`t work."

"App used to work maybe at the beginning of the year. Had to download on a new phone and it had nothing saved from my profile. My mia smart won`t sync to it and it`s stuck on slow start up and smart mode. It doesn`t change to any modes or even change when i update the type of brush head and routine. I`ve emailed 2 times and no response either. Pretty bad since I just ordered new brush heads but at least I can use them on an older working device."
