"Constantly crashes, then I have to uninstall and reinstall to get it to start working again. Seems like about once a month it bogs down, even after clearing cashe, and I have to go thru that process again. It`s a terrible app. Update: After uninstalling then trying to reinstall for the umpteenth time it is completely dead. I`m cancelling my subscription."

"Have yet to get this app to work despite entering email address and password. I have reset twice and it works online but not via the app. Worthless. Since I wrote the above I have uninstalled the app after getting it working. It took a couple days. I only read the DDN online now. There is no apparent benefit to the app and it only takes up memory."
