"The ap itself is fine and I don`t have any problems. THe problem I have is I`m simply trying to get logged on with my new phone and it asks me for a mobile key. I`ve now been on the phone with Comcast for an hour, been transferred 5 times and wound up with the 1st person I initially talked with who couldn`t help me! Most of the agents didn`t even know what SmartOffice is! And then they don`t know how to get me transferred to SmartOffice support or have a phone# to give me. By far the WORST phone customer service!"
