"Exactly do what it suppose to. I order the food directly, don`t need to line up, I got the text message the order is received and is handled, and the expected ready to pickup time. I follow the time accordingly and I got the food I ordered. If I am not using this app, I need to go to the subway at the ground floor of my office, line up for 5+ min to order, verbally make the order, physically pay it and wait to pickup. Now, I just order, wait and pickup. I am very happy with it."

"this is my 3rd time trying to get this food. the notifications never work. i got sent a wrong order, and now nothing was sent at all and I`m told that support has no contact with the delivery people whatsoever and can`t even find out their name so every time the app messes up (will happen on 100% of orders), there`s no way to figure out the problem. i get harassed at on campus dining locations so this app (which has a monopoly on my campus which is surely in their contract) is my only way to eat"

The app itself is poorly constructed, the coordination between the app and it`s partners is near non existent, and there is no support for basic customer service features like order cancellation and refunds. Generally not worth using if any alternative is available, which usually there is. Also if you guys would just put in an order cancellation/refund feature, maybe that would stop people from rating one star"
