It won`t let you log in and won`t let you register (even though i can log in to the web page) it said no user information found in system. customer service for mybenefit hsa sucks too. I`ve been on hold as i write this for a separate issue for 1 hour and 23 minutes on a monday at 10:30 am. The web page won`t reimburse you, and it won`t let you set up direct deposit. My benefit wallet hsa is junk. Will be swapping back to ppo next year."

"There have been some recent improvements to the app that bring it up to 3 stars, most notably working biometric-linked login, and the ability to see and manage investments. Now I prefer it to the web site, if only to avoid the awkward way multi-factor authentication is handled there. It`s still missing a couple features available on the web site. The UI is plain, but mostly functional - if you can ignore loading screens in places you wouldn`t expect them and a couple other strange behaviors during navigation. UX needs more thought around things like default filters. The underlying service remains disappointing. Monthly fees if I let my ``checking`` balance fall below $3000 - most of a year for an unmarried user maxing out paycheck withholding, and worse if you use the HSA to pay for expenses. More monthly fees just for having investments, in addition to whatever your funds charge. I would recommend looking for an alternative provider, but not because of the app."
