I can`t set up my account due to the birthday issue and because everytime I attempt to submit a picture of my photo ID, I am kicked out of that app! Absolutely not impressed and super annoyed!!!!!!"

I`ve also downloaded it onto my laptop via BlueStacks (which creates an Android simulation on your PC). Here it works a little better, at least it shows that my upcoming visit is approved. But it displays my video sideways, with no way to rotate. I suppose I`ll just visit with my friend through the PC and tell him to ignore my sideways image. At least we`ll be able to talk. I contacted Ameelio yesterday about these problems, but no response. You can`t call them, they only help (if they help) via email. Ameelio is a great concept, but obviously many, many bugs to work out."
