When adding funds to your account, you have to select from preset amounts; depending on the cost of each load at the machine, you won`t ever be able to use the full balance within your account on the app because you also cant combine payment methods. When the washer I used was `done`, my clothes were dripping wet! The dryer I used malfunctioned in some way requiring me to pay twice for the same load! I made a maintenance request but doesn`t seem like the system works."

It can link a debit card so the user gets only one withdrawal from their account, but can also allow sliding your card for just a small ping if you`re running low 😉. It is cool to get to see in the qpp when your load is done or monitor how long is left. When it doesn`t work is a small inconvenience, the load will start but the monitoring link doesn`t connect; it seems to happen when the time to link lags longer than my screen shutoff."

- Start washers and dryers by scanning the QR code on the machine
- See your balance, and add value to your account
For participating laundry rooms, you can view machine availability as well as receive alerts when your laundry cycle is complete.
