The App randomly logs you out while buying tickets, doesn`t have closed or cancelled connections marked as such, tricks you into buying more expensive tickets, and is a pain to navigate over all. For most account management purposes, you have to log in to the website, showing that this is a half-baked attempt at an app. Absolutely miserable, I`ve never seen worse."

"The app is completely useless and a complete disappointment. Sure you can plan your trip but when the most important part comes to buy the ticket you cannot. And I did try reinstalling the app, didn`t work, and I tried choosing a different payment method, didn`t work also. The older app was so good why did you have to create a new one, nowadays the old app doesn`t allow you to buy tickets anymore. Just why, why did you have to do that."
