"If you want your vacation ruined, book with Bravofly! We had booked with them and went to the airport, however we couldn`t get our tickets and when in touch with them they refunded us but we had already made these plans, they just took too long to let us know that actually the booking had never gone through... They refused to compensate us in any way for all the inconveniences and added costs they caused us. So yes, choose Bravofly if you want to ruin your vacation! Otherwise stay away."
