"Basically crashing now. And nothing is being done. They found out this morning that it is a connection issue and yet haven`t fixed it. They should`ve been keeping an eye on the new software seeing as it is a brand new app and needs to be monitored. And contacting customer service is out of the question because they aren`t any help. All they say is they`re trying their best. Not giving any info on how long it could take. I miss the old app."
