"The app needed more info since the staff had no idea what was going on and got mad/was rude when asked questions (again, because they didn`t have answers). Sometimes they made answers up, which after crossing the entire convention and three staff members later, you`ve missed the chance to get a wristband or ticket to meet someone who inspires you. There should have been better maps with real time updates on when and where lines were forming. Very disorganized event. It could have been amazing, but the ``bad stuff`` made it only an okay event."
